Go Air Travels reserves rooms. Getting to them is the traveler's own driving, in the traveler's own car, on the traveler's own schedule. Nothing that moves a person is arranged or resold here: no rail, no coach, no sailing, no transfer. This is not a transport company of any kind and does not act for one.
Insurance, visas and passports sit outside the office in the same way. None of the three is sold, arranged or advised on, and no substitute for any of them is named. Anyone who needs one deals with it away from this site.
No hotel, lodge or operator is named on these pages. An entry gives the kind of place, the level and the season; the name of the supplier goes into the written offer that reaches one person, once a request has been read.
Money, and where it does not go
No payment is taken on this site. No card number is asked for, no deposit is held, and nothing is processed through the office at any stage of a reservation.
Prices are printed per person and start at a from figure. They cover the nights and whatever the written offer lists beside them. Gas, tolls, parking, meals and anything bought along the road sit outside that figure, and the total is confirmed by the supplier at the moment the stay is booked.
The office adds no fee of its own. It is paid a commission by the place that holds the room, and that is stated here rather than left to be worked out.
After the form is sent
A request form stands on every page and it accepts a message at any hour. A person reads it afterward. Reply times differ by what is being asked, and the posted times sit on the contact page rather than in a promise made on this one.
Sending a request reserves nothing. No room is held, blocked or taken off a list by the act of writing in. A reservation exists only when a written confirmation comes back naming the place, the nights and the total.
Changes and cancellation follow the rules of the place that holds the room. Those rules are written into the offer before anything is confirmed, so they can be read while there is still nothing to lose. The office passes a change request along; it does not set the terms and cannot overrule them.
Cover for the trip, visas and passports sit outside this office entirely. It arranges none of the three and will not give an opinion on any of them.
